Definitely lowers your A1c with some side effects as mentioned however I found if you take it in the middle of your meal it eliminates the nausea. I have noticed occasional headaches but I’m not certain they are directly related to taking this supplement. It’s well worth the money and my A1c went from 6.1 to 5.8 taking (not as consistently as I should) 2 times a day. I also did not change my diet aside from limiting sweets but I still eat them so it really works! 100% satisfied!
